Washrooms
CarwashAll information issued by the management is done in good faith and is based on information available at the time. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of any statement made either in writing or otherwise but we are not liable for any variation however caused.
Parties and gatherings that may disturb the peace of neighbors is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction with no possibility of alternative accommodation or refund.
Facilities and ServicesAccommodation includes lodging, room service, housekeeping and a broadband internet connection. Any extra charges are at the management's discretion.
Alteration by Client Management will try to comply with altered accommodations but cannot guarantee availability or accept liability for any loss or extra costs. Cancellations, including delayed arrivals or early departures, made within 14 days will incur a charge.
Pets No pets of any kind are permitted under any circumstances on the premises of the Apartments.
Smoking Lymack Suites is a strictly no smoking zone. We wish to inform you that any resident found smoking within the premises shall incur a surcharge of USD 500.We nevertheless have a bar and restaurant where a designated area for smoking is provided.
Corkage Fee Any bottle of alcohol brought into the premises that is not bought at Lymack Suites will incur a corkage fee of ksh 3000 unless consumed in the rooms.
Number of Occupants Each 2-bedroom apartment is limited to a maximum of 4 people while a 1-bedroom apartment may accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Visitors are only allowed during visiting hours (5:30 am -9:30 pm). Subletting is only permitted with a written agreement.
The client is responsible for taking reasonable care of the property and its contents. Any damage except from normal wear and tear; occurred due to negligence, willful damage or irresponsible behavior will attract a penalty fee at the check-out time.
Inquiry or Loss The management shall not be held responsible for any damage to personal effects, mechanical breakdown, illness or failure of any outsourced services.
All apartments are available for occupation from 2pm. Any check-in before this time is charged at an early check-in rate of USD10 per hour. All apartments must be vacated before 10am the following day; failure to which will attract a late check-out fees of USD10 per hour.
Our representatives and subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of the client for the purposes of inspection of the property and the carrying out of any essential repairs.
The management takes the privacy and confidentiality of the client's seriously. We collect:
a. Information necessary for us to process your stay with us.
b. Information derived from cookies
The management uses cookies to monitor site usage and keep client data up- to- date while improving its website based on the clientele niche. This helps in ensuring smooth administration and statistical marketing.
In the event of any dispute arising from accommodation arrangements, it shall be subject to mediation. Where mediation fails the dispute shall be referred to Arbitration according to the Arbitration Act in Kenya at the time.
InsuranceThe apartment hire cost does not include any personal insurance cover of any kind. It is recommended that insurance be taken out against cancellation. It is further strongly advised that personal accident and medical insurance is also taken out.
All complaints about the apartment, its contents or staff must be made in writing immediately to info@lymacksuites.com. All reasonable steps to settle the problem shall be taken and the Apartments' management/owners shall not have any liability for any complaint submitted after completion of the accommodation period.
Cancellation by Way of Force MajeureManagement may cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. However, allocation of alternative accommodation will suffice and be communicated to the client via email, fax or post; with a 24-hour response required. The lack thereof, shall amount to presumed acceptance.
Termination of AccommodationThe management shall not be held responsible for any damage to personal effects, mechanical breakdown, illness or failure of any outsourced services.
